A standalone design can help when the client has an installation team but needs a coordinated technical basis. Documents must be useful to fabricators, installers and maintenance staff as well as designers.
Survey and design can be ordered separately when the client's team or existing contractor handles installation. Inputs include information about critical assets, site geometry, live utilities and operating constraints.
The layout, steel design and fabrication drawings, and calculations for loads, connections and foundations tie the concept to actual site conditions. Changes to geometry or equipment call for design review. Resistance to a specified impact requires separate justification and evidence.
The brief identifies protected zones, the design scenario and required outcome. The survey records dimensions, existing structural condition, utilities and installation constraints. Layout, calculations, connection details and specifications follow; the contract defines the deliverables.
Available as a separate service when the customer's team or framework contractor handles installation. We provide working drawings and structure certificates.
