Manufacture and Installation
Fabrication of steel components, delivery and phased installation within agreed work windows.
Request a QuoteWhat to agree before crews arrive
Working drawings still need to be aligned with the site's actual operating pattern. Before installation, agree storage, delivery, lifting areas and permits. This separates construction activity from live operations.
What we clarify
- Agree delivery routes and temporary material storage.
- Check foundation readiness and actual connection levels.
- Set the sequence of work areas and inspection hold points.
Phased installation
Steel components are fabricated to working drawings, delivered and assembled in an agreed sequence. Phasing separates installation zones from active plant routes and preserves access to equipment.
On-site checks
The installed supports, connections and completed elements are checked against the design. If actual conditions differ from the survey, the solution is revised before handover and changes are recorded in as-built documentation.
