Survey
Engineer visit, measurements, identification of vulnerable areas and protection priorities.
Request a QuoteInputs that make the survey more useful
A site plan helps, but actual dimensions and access are still needed. The engineer also needs operating constraints that may not appear on drawings. Accurate inputs reduce redesign during layout development.
What we clarify
- Provide current plans, utility information and a site contact.
- Show vulnerable areas, vehicle routes and points that require constant access.
- Mention planned equipment upgrades or other site changes.
What is recorded on site
The engineer measures and photographs vulnerable areas, mapping equipment, roofs, service routes, entrances and occupied work areas. Constraints include live utilities, vehicle access, maintenance space and possible work phases.
Survey deliverable
The findings support a layout and priority list. They provide the starting point for selecting a structure, calculating loads, quantities and schedule. Without measured site conditions, one layout or price cannot reliably describe different facilities.
Project Stages
Design and Calculations
Layout plan, load and connection calculations, and materials specification.
Estimate and Contract
Quantity-based estimate, work schedule and site access arrangements.
Manufacture and Installation
Fabrication of steel components, delivery and phased installation within agreed work windows.
Handover and Maintenance
As-built documentation, structure certificates, scheduled inspections and repairs.
